MAJOR TELEKOM LANDLINE COMMUNICATION FAILURE AFFECTING 170 PHONE ACCOUNTS AROUND UKAY PERDANA AREA
To all calling customers, we are sorry to inform you that we have been facing a major Ukay Perdana residential and commercial phone land-lines breakdown since 9th September 2007. We have been calling Telekom and issued several complaint tickets but there are no definitive answers on when our communication land lines will be available.
Therefore, for those who are calling our office numbers and hearing the normal calling tone, it is actually a false tone since we couldn't hear any ringing at our office. Please call our hotline number as mentioned below.
